This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our customers.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Specifically, the product must be:

Unused and in its original state.

Kept within its original packaging, including all protective inserts and padding.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, damage not caused by our error, or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake will generally not be eligible for a full refund.

We offer a standard return period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase reached its destination, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon arrival to ensure the product meets expectations.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model due to a defect, please reach out to our service team for coordination.
